Introduction:
At Huuuge Games we make top grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming.
We’re now looking for a VIP Account Manager that will help us retain and reactivate our most important players and serve as a companion throughout their lifecycle. You will manage and improve both our VIPs player experience and several crucial business KPIs resulting from their continued engagement.
How will you make an impact with us?
Manage a personal portfolio of 500+ high-value VIP players, combining proactive outreach, engagement, and retention strategies.
Build strong, trust-based relationships via email, chat, phone, SMS, Facebook, and other direct channels.
Proactively connect with 100+ VIPs daily, ensuring timely, impactful communication and personalized service.
Analyze player behavior and KPIs to identify risks, growth opportunities, and take immediate action.
Design and execute customized engagement strategies—gifting, exclusive offers, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns.
Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding player lifecycle and behavioral signals.
Own performance metrics including retention, satisfaction, revenue per user, and lifetime value.
Capture and share VIP feedback to inform improvements in features, events, and promotions.
Collaborate closely with Product, LiveOps, Economy, Analytics, and Creative teams to shape VIP-focused experiences.
Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases responsibly, ensuring player safety and adherence to responsible gaming practices.
Represent Huuuge at live and virtual VIP events as a brand ambassador and advocate for player experience.
Job requirements
This is the right job for you if you have:
2+ years of experience in Social Casino, Sweepstakes, iGaming, or Mobile Gaming VIP Management—or in CRM, Community, or Influencer roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (native or near-native English).
Strong analytical mindset; experience with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and Excel highly valued.
Proven success managing a high-value player portfolio and delivering against retention and monetization KPIs.
Skilled with CRM and support tools (e.g., Intercom, Helpshift, Zendesk, Salesforce)
Experience with VIP gifting, campaign execution, and live/virtual player engagement.
Flexible for shift work (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
Willingness to travel for VIP meet-ups and events.
