As the Senior Analyst – Fraud & Payments, you’ll play a pivotal role in building fraud prevention and payment operations from scratch, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user experience in a rapidly growing environment.

This position is open to candidates based in Poland or Cyprus.

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Build and implement fraud prevention and risk management frameworks tailored to the U.S. market.

  • Monitor real-time transactions and player behavior to detect suspicious activity,

  • Investigate chargebacks, bonus abuse, and escalate fraud cases as needed.

  • Oversee secure and efficient payment workflows and integrations.

  • Work closely with payment service providers to resolve issues and improve service.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure KYC/AML adherence.

  • Analyze fraud and payment trends to inform strategy and reporting.

  • Own and document operational policies and processes for internal and regulatory use.

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud, or Payments within the iGaming or the online sweepstakes casino industry.

  • Strong understanding of fraud detection tools, risk management, and payment systems.

  • Hands-on experience with chargebacks, suspicious activity monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and responsible gaming standards.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills,

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, customer support, and finance teams.
