Product Director/Head of Product

Your goal: The primary goal of the Director/Head of Product is to enhance our games in ways that significantly improve the experience of our players and drive growth. This entails evaluating risks and opportunities in our games, audiences and market sector, making data-driven value estimates for new product development, ensuring effective delivery of priorities, and aligning stakeholders around a common product vision. An ability to work with data, identify insights, and deeply empathize with our players are essential for succeeding in this role. This position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage the Huuuge Casino and Billionaire Casino products.

• Ensure wide understanding and alignment on the fundamental value drivers of our social casino products, such as player motivations, behaviors, and value.

• Dig into KPIs, player behavior, monetization, market data, and A/B test results, in order to make informed value-oriented decisions on our product roadmap.

• Utilize data to create accurate ROI estimates and assess ROI performance to support strategic investment decisions.

• Work closely with economy, monetization, data, and tech teams to ensure the delivery of a consistent player experience across our various game systems and features, that optimizes engagement and spend.

• Provide firm guidance on game design, product development, efficiently turning concepts into reality.

• Develop a robust product group organization, complete with the needed skills and processes for full delivery of value.

• Ensure transparency and alignment on product performance and roadmap delivery across the business.

• Foster a conducive work environment that promotes the growth of the product group members, mentoring and providing feedback to leaders within and beyond the group.

Ideal Candidate Profile: You are a leader who inspires and drives innovation in product initiatives that captivate our players. As a Director/Head of of product, your expertise includes leading and motivating a skilled team.

Additional required skills are:

• At least 5 years of experience in social casino mobile gaming or casual free to play, with proven track record of product impact on top grossing titles.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple sites

• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges, with a strong focus on user experience and product performance.

• Highly data driven, with a strong analytical or science background - understanding of statistics, analytics, A/B testing, to drive actionable insights for product improvement.

• Skilled in organizing and restructuring teams to enhance productivity.

• Capable of guiding multiple interdisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, and acting as a leader among leaders.

• Exhibits strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Establishes effective processes and operational methods within a highly functional organization.
