We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Office Manager, who will take full ownership of our office operations and make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a great vibe. This is a hands-on, independent role — perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of it all and creating a great environment for others.

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly — from supplies and logistics to space organization

  • Be the face of the Warsaw office: greet guests, support teams, and create a welcoming atmosphere

  • Take care of local and company-wide events, team gatherings, trainings, and daily brunch coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, documents)

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, and oversee office orders and deliveries

  • Support new hires during onboarding and ensure they feel at home from day one

  • Help organize business travel and assist in expense tracking (e.g., via Jira)

  • Proactively support the team with ad-hoc tasks and internal projects that strengthen company culture

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — you enjoy making things run efficiently

  • Friendly, open-minded, service-oriented mindset and a strong “can-do” attitude

  • Fluent Polish and good English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across different responsibilities and deadlines

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take initiative in solving everyday challenges

  • Working knowledge of Excel and experience with office tools/platforms
