We’re on the lookout for a talented 2D Motion Designer who is passionate about animation, performance marketing, and pushing creative boundaries. If you know your way around After Effects, love creative iteration, and feel excited about how design can impact campaign performance, this one’s for you.

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Animate performance marketing video ads for mobile games, especially in the social casino genre.

  • Creating scenarios, storyboards, and animations for a given project.

  • Preparing in-house Live Action productions, including performing and editing.

  • Create and adapt motion assets based on creative briefs and top-performing references.

  • Cooperation with the whole marketing department in the implementation of the created advertisements.

  • Tracking the latest trends in advertising on the mobile games market

  • Incorporating marketing metrics and learnings to improve the performance of creatives.

  • Build effective communication and escalation processes for inbound stakeholders such as product and marketing teams

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 2D motion design principles.

  • Ability to work with Adobe After Effects plug-ins (Trapcode, 3D Element, Saber, etc.)

  • Creativity, unconventional thinking, and openness to new challenges and animation techniques.

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop

  • Good communication skills and the ability to take and give feedback constructively.

  • A proactive and iterative mindset — you test, learn, and improve fast.
