As a Monetization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the revenue strategy and product performance of our titles. This is a dynamic position that combines business insight, marketing creativity, and a data-driven mindset to drive impact.

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Develop and execute monetization strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and player engagement.

  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Analyze and optimize monetization mechanics, pricing models, and promotions based on data insights and performance results.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to align monetization efforts with product goals.

  • Lead or support special monetization-related projects to enhance the player experience and lifetime value.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.

  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.

  • Use tools like Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report on monetization activities.

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.

  • A proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

  • A creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.

  • Great communication skills and experience collaborating across teams and functions.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
