Why do we need you?

You will assist in managing and optimizing the economic systems within our game, working closely with various divisions across the game studio to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for our players.

In this role you will:

• Assist in designing and balancing the economic systems based on data and desired player behavior

• Support the development of insights about rewards, incentives, balance, pricing, and similar models to meet player needs

• Contribute to creating analytical frameworks to assess key health & performance attributes of game economies

• Monitor and help investigate player balances to ensure the overall health of the game’s economy

• Assist in managing the pricing of in-game goods and balancing free content vs. paid currency in the game economy

• Help create varied experiences for different types of players

Tool stack you will work with:

• MS Excel

• Segmentation and configuration tools

Most wanted:

• Genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with mobile games

• Strong knowledge of Excel

• Some experience or coursework related to game economy

• Basic understanding of game economy design

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field

• Good analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends
