Introduction:

At Huuuge Games, we create top-grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT Support team and be part of the crew that keeps our internal technology running smoothly. Based in our Warsaw office, you’ll provide on-site support and hands-on assistance to our employees, helping them stay productive with modern equipment, software, and tools.

If you love tech, enjoy solving problems, and want to gain real experience in enterprise IT – this paid internship is for you. The program is designed to last between 6 and 12 months (20 - 30 hours per week).

How will you make an impact with us? 

  • Set up and maintain IT equipment like laptops, docking stations, monitors, cables, and printers

  • Support employees with day-to-day tech issues in the Warsaw office

  • Troubleshoot and replace basic hardware components

  • Take care of conference room devices (Logitech, ASUS Google Meet)

  • Maintain inventory records and help organize our hardware base

  • Use Jira Cloud to track and respond to support tickets

  • Communicate with our IT team and users through Slack

  • Learn how we manage devices using Intune, Google Admin, Knox, ABM, and more

Job requirements

This is the right internship for you if you have:

  • Well-developed communication skills

  • Solid understanding of computers and basic IT systems

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS

  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment

  • Availability to work on-site in Warsaw at least 3 days per week (5 days preferred)

  • Experience helping friends or family with setting up or troubleshooting tech

  • Curiosity about tools like Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or Google Workspace

  • Passion for gadgets, technology, and improving user experience

  • Knowledge of networking basics (e.g., VLAN, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)

  • Any hands-on experience with Apple or Dell devices
