Introduction:
At Huuuge Games we make top-grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social casino mobile gaming.
Join our Marketing team, working closely with Monetization, Product and Brand teams to shape the organic voice of both our flagship social casino titles and the Huuuge Games brand itself.
You will be responsible for leading UA strategy and execution across live games, managing significant budgets, and ensuring predictable performance at scale. Your role will connect strategy with execution - from setting clear acquisition priorities and budget allocation frameworks to guiding the team in delivering high-quality traffic that supports long-term player value and monetization goals.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and is comfortable making clear decisions under pressure. You will lead and develop the UA team, establish strong operating rhythms, and ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, and results.
You will also work closely with the VP of Marketing and senior stakeholders, providing clear insights, forecasts, and recommendations, while helping shape how User Acquisition contributes to Huuuge’s overall growth strategy and business success.

How will you make an impact with us?
Manage and grow organic channels for Huuuge’s social casino titles and corporate social media accounts (Huuuge Games).
Lead and manage the User Acquisition team, providing clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations.
Own and allocate UA and retargeting budgets, ensuring efficient spend and delivery against targets.
Define and execute UA strategies for Huuuge’s live social casino titles, driving scalable and sustainable growth.
Guide and support the team in planning, executing, and optimizing UA campaigns across channels.
Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop and scale high-performing creatives that maximize conversion and LTV.
Analyze performance data and KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback) to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Monetization, Product, Data, and Brand teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency, clarity, and accountability within the UA team.
Job requirements
This is the right job for you if you have:
2-4 Years of Experience leading a UA team and owning performance outcomes.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions.
Hands-on experience with UA platforms, tools, and performance analytics.
Curiosity to test, learn, and continuously optimize at scale.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach in a fast-changing environment.
