In this role you will:
- Industry Engagement: Stay connected with the gaming industry, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations. Implement cutting-edge strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the UA budget, allocating resources effectively between different games and channels to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of UA professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve the best possible results. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all UA and RT campaigns. Take proactive actions to optimize performance, including making necessary adjustments and implementing new strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive UA strategies to drive player acquisition and retention. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align UA initiatives with overall business goals.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and implement innovative UA tactics and technologies to enhance our player acquisition efforts. Stay ahead of industry developments and integrate new tools and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, ASO (App Store Optimization), and Product teams to ensure alignment and achievement of user acquisition goals. Foster seamless communication and collaboration to drive successful UA campaigns.
- Growth Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for growth to enhance traffic efficiency. Actively launch and test new engagement channels to optimize user acquisition efforts and drive player growth.
