Introduction:

At Huuuge Games we make top grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming. Our new bet is on creating a new powerful social casino-powered gaming experience and we want you to be a part of the founding team! We are open to hiring in one of our offices located in Poland or Tel Aviv and select EMEA locations.

How will you make an impact with us? 

As a Head of Players Monetization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing monetization strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining a positive player experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monetization Strategy & Execution – Design and implement in-app purchase strategies, pricing models, and special offers to optimize revenue generation​.

  • Player Journey - Analyze, design and implement, player journeys throughout the life cycle of the player and adjust it to various stages in the life cycle, segments, activities and more.

  • Player Segmentation & Personalization – Utilize player data to create targeted  and personalized monetization strategies, ensuring relevant and personalized offers for different user groups​.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation – Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on pricing, promotions, packages combinations, games and monetization features to maximize conversion and retention rates and revenue per user​ as well as player life span.

  • Live Operations & Promotions – Develop and execute game promotions, limited-time offers, and dynamic pricing strategies that drive player engagement and retention​.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze player purchasing behavior to refine monetization strategies​.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with Game economy, Product, Game Design, Data and VIP teams to align monetization initiatives with game objectives​.

  • Leadership & Team Development – Manage, mentor, and develop a team of monetization and CRM specialists, fostering a high-performance culture​.

  • Industry Research & Best Practices – Stay up to date with trends in social casino, iGaming, and mobile gaming to ensure innovative and competitive monetization strategies​.

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in monetization, CRM, Live Ops or product management within the iGaming or Gaming​.

  • Strong understanding of purchase strategies, player segmentation, and live-service monetization models​.

  • Strong understanding of player’s behaviour and psychographics and ability to create detailed player’s journeys to increase life time value and life span of players

  • Proven people management skills—experience leading and mentoring teams​.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and CRM tools​.

  • Proficiency in CRM, Live ops and gamification tools

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Game Design, and Live Ops teams​.

  • Strong analytical mindset—capable of interpreting complex player behavior and revenue data​.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills​.

  • Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of social casino or iGaming industry trends​.
