We’re looking for a highly motivated and result oriented Affiliate Partnership Manager who is eager to impact with his strategic contribution to the overall revenue growth. Not only will you be responsible for building and growing strong relationships with new and existing partners, while optimizing their performance, but you will also fully manage our Affiliate marketing platform. How will you make an impact with us?
Build and Master the Affiliate Relations: Onboard and manage Affiliate networks from the start to end and take responsibility for their day to day needs while creating strong relationships.
Performance Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven strategies while tracking conversions and optimizing performance towards the company's KPIs.
Budget Management: Optimize ROAS by managing budgets effectively for player acquisition coming from the diverse affiliate partners.
Performance Analytics: Track key metrics like CPC, CPA, CTR, and further gaming metrics to continuously improve strategies and lay out applicable propositions for improvements.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring valuable players through data driven campaign optimization and analyze trends for strategic opportunities to maximize ROAS.
Job requirements
This is the right job for you if you have:
Proven expertise as Affiliate Partnership Manager with hands-on experience in building and managing partnership relations as well as optimizing performance - 2 years’ experience is an absolute minimum.
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (CPC,CTR, ROAS, CPA etc.) to undertake information-centric decisions.
Problems-solving skills with a strong understanding of digital marketing and the gaming industry.
Excellent Communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Fluent level of English (verbal and written).
