As a UA manager in the Networks & DSPs team, you’ll be responsible for managing and leading multiple large-scale user acquisition activities and strategies for our games @ scale.

In this role you will:

  • Hands-on management of user acquisition activities with various partners (DSPs, SDK Networks, Native, Incentivized, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to reach, maintain and exceed Huuuge’s goals & KPIs.
  • Plan, develop, and execute new marketing strategies & tests to enhance our UA efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key acquisition partners.
  • Deliver weekly updates on performance, trends, and initiatives done with your partners.
  • Collaborate with other team members, marketing channels & BA, and share knowledge of the latest learnings to improve our marketing capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities.
  • Maintain close cooperation with our creative marketing team and constantly test new & innovative ideas.
  • Maintain close cooperation with product teams, be on top of upcoming updates/changes/features, and adjust our marketing plans accordingly.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends & updates, ensuring implementation of them in our activities.

Job requirements

Most wanted:

  • +2 years of experience managing high-budget and large-scale performance marketing activities with ad networks & DSPs (gaming experience is an advantage)
  • Good analytical skills, understanding and analyzing large sets of data, drawing conclusions and actionable action items
  • Attention to details and the ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent English – verbal and written (must)
