We are seeking to significantly expand our team! We are looking to hire Senior Compensation and Benefits Advisor at HUUUGE GAMES.

We will not tell you we are a young and dynamic team of professionals (even though we are!). We are an international (Poland, Israel and Ukraine) HR team striving for operational excellence. Our HR could be divided into 4 areas: HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Analytics and Operations (Learning and Development, Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits).

We cooperate with Business Units located all over the world transforming mobile gaming into a massively social experience. We do our best to support business with our expertise, tools, and processes.

In this role you will:

  • Propose and manage benefits offerings portfolio globally and act as an internal compensation and benefits expert, setting the innovation agenda in the dedicated expertise area.

  • Ensure market competitiveness of the company within compensation and benefits scope by conducting specific research, benchmarking compensation and benefits practices.

  • Support Head of Total Rewards to create and execute Compensation and Benefits Strategy.

  • Install benefits in countries according to agreed strategy.

  • Manage ESOP Platform and ensures right communication with stock-options holders.

  • Maintain job descriptions and job evaluation systems in partnership with key stakeholders.

  • Manage all Job Architecture related aspects for the entire organization globally.

  • Work with business leaders to ensure integrity of the job catalog, right application of job leveling.

  • Conduct job evaluations based on the methodology in use e.g. Korn&Ferry/Hays.

  • Support Recruitment teams, HRBPs in accurate job valuation of newly created positions, establish committees for job valuation.

  • Based on market data, propose and set salary ranges in SuccessFactors.

  • Manage SuccessFactors Compensation Module.

  • Manage the compensation processes (on- and off-cycle).

  • Co-operate with external vendors in dedicated scope.

  • Manage the annual compensation cycles, including compensation review process, program evaluations, ensuring budget adherence, and summarizing information for stakeholder presentations.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to managers, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders on compensation questions and decision-making accountabilities.

Job requirements

Most wanted:

  • University degree in Finance, HR or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Compensation and Benefits specialist or similar role in a large multinational company

  • Experience and proficiency using enterprise-level HR information systems, preferably SAP solutions

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience

  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level

  • Solid understanding and practical experience with job analysis methods, job architecture and current compensation practices
