You will be connecting with the business as a trusted advisor and key driver in improving the HR related processes for Gaming Studios/Supporting Units.

In this role you will:

  • Operate as HR Business partner and HR professional advisor for Gaming Studios or Supporting Unit

  • Ensure flawless execution of end-to-end employee cycle processes and as well safeguard compliant local HR policies in accordance with global approach and legislation

  • Become trusted advisor for selected business leaders

  • Ensuring smooth execution of various HR related tasks in countries without direct HR support on the ground

  • Act as the mentor and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team efficiency

  • Be accountable for recruitment prioritization and organizational governance of the BU

  • Leverage Centers of Excellence as business needs arise that can be supported through our Operational teams (e.g. global reward, shared service center, mobility)

  • Collaborate with HR team members/Centers of Expertise on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives

  • Partner with the HR Functions and Regional HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.

Job requirements

Top must skills/competencies/experience:

  • 5+ years of HR experience with Partnering and HR processes/operations in international company

  • Experience in working in IT Tech company and fast paced environment

  • Proficient level of Polish and English language

  • Ability to work independently, engage with variety of stakeholders and drive the solutions

  • Resistance to changes

  • Knowledge of polish and isreaeli labour law regulations

  • Data driven personality

  • Experience in working with HR metrics like for example: turnover, engagement, absence, etc.
